Product Summary
The TC7SH86FU is an advanced high speed CMOS exclusive OR gate fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. The TC7SH86FU achieves the high speed operation similar to equivalent bipolar schottky TTL while maintaining teh CMOS low power dissipation. The internal circuit is includes on output buffer, which provide high noise immunity and stable output. An input protection circuit ensures that 0V to 7V can be applied to the input pins without regard to the supply votlage. The TC7SH86FU can be used to interface 5V to 3V system and two supply system such as battery back up. This circuit prevents the TC7SH86FU destruction due to mismatched supply and input voltages.
